Premium Upgrade

  Hello!

  I already purchased a Domain Name upgrade for $26 a year. It says it will be renewed in July 2015. Now, I am thinking about purchasing a Premium Upgrade for $79 a year. A domain name is included in Premium, so will I still be billed an additional $26 a year for that first upgrade or will it be absorbed into my Premium Upgrade yearly bill?

  I am fairly sure Custom Domain upgrade will not be billed separately as it is now part of the premium bundle. However I suggest you get in touch with Support Staff using thecontact form, which is exclusive for users like you who have a paid upgrade on their account. They should be happy to help.

  You will get credit for the unused portion of any existing upgrade that is included in a package

  Your account is 2 years old so you should not be subject to the Cable TV bundle pricing up-sell and should be able to buy a single upgrade (CSS or No Ads) as a stand alone package and not be required to buy a large bundle
