Hi there,
I am set to renew my website in three days but I would like to go back to using quirkyanthems.wordpress.com instead of purchasing the domain quirkyanthems.com again. Is there something I need to do so I don’t lose all my content?Thanks!

Hi!
All of your content will be safe and sound so you don’t need to worry about that! However, if you decide not to renew the domain or Premium bundle, please note the following:
1. The domain quirkyanthems.com will be returned to the registrar and may be registered by someone else
2. You will lose the ability to customize the colors and fonts on your site. Your current font choices will revert back to the theme defaults.
3. You will not be able to upload videos straight to your site anymore (I noticed some videos in your Media Library now). You would need to use a third-party service like YouTube and embed that on your site instead.
Can you confirm you’re alright with the items I mentioned above?

No problem! It looks like auto renew is currently disabled so if you would like to cancel the upgrades, you can do that here:

Hi my domain expired and now I can’t login to my blog. Could you help me retrieve my blog? I thought it wouldn’t get rid of my content so I just want to make sure I can get it back.
