Premium upgrade a disaster!

    I upgraded my account to premium on July 19, 2021 and now my site’s backend is missing. I do not own a site called wendyrichardsca.wordpress.com or at least I did not purchase it. I am told wendyrichards.ca is linked to my other business email [redacted by staff] but I changed that to [redacted by staff]. I also got a free email address and url which I named Rantofalatebloomer with my upgrade. Everything is now a mess and if it can’t be straightened out, I want my money back! My receipt is below:
