Premium Upgrade and Domain already with GoDaddy

  Hello,
  I wondered about the cost if I upgrade to premium but I have already brought a domain?
  It says you get 1 domain with the premium upgrade but won’t need it.

  Is there a way of transferring a already paid for one from Godaddy?
  Is this free with the £85 premium charge or additional money yet not needing the one that comes with the package anyway!

  You can map your domain purchased from GoDaddy to WordPress.com site.

  The price of Domain Mapping is included in the £85 you pay for premium plan.

  I want to do something similar – use my new wordpress site as my home website but keep my original address. (so existing customers and fans who only know my .co.uk address will still reach my new wordpress site without noticing any difference)
  I notice that to map the domain it only costs $13… but if I only pay that, then I have only 3gb and ads will still show on the site? Is that right?
  To get more storage and no ads I need to upgrade to premium?

  A little correction, staff-happychia: @richardcrookes can buy separately these upgrades (extra storage & no ads), without buying any plan because his account is prior to September 1, 2014.

  Thank you….much appreciated… so with the facility to map my old domain that will make it 63 euros. Are those one-off fees , as opposed to a yearly subscription?

  No, per blog, per year.

  My mistake: Plan= $99;
  No Ads=$30 +10GB=$20 –> Total $50
  (not euros)
