Premium Upgrade does not work – Checkout not loading

  Hi,
  I tried to buy a Premium upgrade for my website to get rid of adverts. When I click in my panel on Upgrade Now, the checkout side does not load and basically the whole WordPress stops working. I can’t also go directly to the check out, when I click the basket icon, nothing happens.
  Anyone having a similar problem? What kind of error is that? I really need to get rid of these ads soon!

  Hi all,

  Yes, we are having some temporary issues with our store checkout system at the moment and are currently working diligently to fix them. I don’t believe that the store checkout will be down for long, but we will be sure to let you know when it is back up.

  Users have had some success in checking out their upgrades. If you have not done so yet, try to see if checkout works for you, and let me know if you still have issues.
