PREMIUM UPGRADE DOESN'T WORK

I’ve upgraded the plan to PREMIUM, I was charged but it’s not working/applied even after 12 hours of purchase. PLEASE HELP! It’s showing in the billing history but the purchases show only domain purchase and not premium upgrade.
