  If I buy the Premium Upgrade ($99), will I keep the premium theme I recently purchased? Also, when my visitors type my old address with wordpress.com at the end, will they be automatically redirected to my new domain?

  Yes on both counts – your theme will stay the same, and your underlying site address will redirect to your new custom domain. Let me know if you have further questions!
