Premium upgrade missing?

  davesteckler.net is my website. Earlier this year I purchased a Premium upgrade and now I cannot upload a 3GB file to my website. Can this be checked into and let me know what the situation is?

  You are currently using 3.1 GB out of 13.0 GB upload limit (23%). What happens when you try uploading that file?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?

  I guess I need to know if I am limited to only a 1GB maximum file size for uploading? Is there a way to get a bigger upload size, say 2-3 GB? The reason is, my video productions are all over 2GB.

  There’s not limit, we allow 1+ GB files.
