Premium Upgrade – need clarificaoitn

  If this is a repeat, I apologize. I don’t know where I’m at…
  Last year I purchased the PREMIUM WordPress.com Upgrade for $99.00. Haven’t used it in a while, now need to build a new blog for a customer. So I tried, but had to purchase a theme, but it doesn’t do what I want. HOW CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE of the PREMIUM upgrade that I purchased to build a blog — on my local laptop for now, using WordPress 3.5.1. I want to do more customization on a theme. Did I waste $99?

  The premium or upgrade does not include any premium themes. A premium upgrade or for that matter any upgrade we purchased is purchased for a single blog hosted by WordPress.COM and is for a single year, when it’s due for renewal. There is no ability to purchase an upgrade here at apply it to any local install of WordPress.ORG software.
