Premium Upgrade not Renewable

    Our Premium Service upgrade expired 2 days ago, as did a domain that we registered that we no longer need.

    I am trying to renew, but the option is not showing up on My Upgrades.

    How can I make the upgrade?

    Are you logged in as the owner of the domain name? Is there another account you might have used to register the domain name?

    Thanks for the reply. That helped me see the “renew” buttons. However, when I try to renew, I get this message: “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?”

    However, the only possible conflict is a mapped domain that we’ve ordered yearly.

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com Premium plan on this site was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. (Only the account used to purchased that plan can renew it.) That person will need to log in to their account and head to their My Upgrades page to renew the plan.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
