Premium Upgrade pricing
-
I purchased the Custom Design and domain name change for my companies website; After the purchase, I noticed it gave me the option of purchasing the upgrade to Premium with a credit for the cost of the Custom Design and domain name. Now I notice there’s no longer the option to upgrade to the Premium version(without paying the full $99) for the site. Is this something that’s only available for a set period of time?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! As you’ve already made these other purchases, you have the option to upgrade to Premium for $79 on honoluluprosecutor.wordpress.com / honoluluprosecutor.org. Are you not given that option when you click to Purchase in your Store? Let me know if the discount isn’t enabled, and I can help further. Thank you!

Hi Robyn,
Premium upgrade is not an available option in the Store and when I look at Manage My Blogs, I can upgrade the site, however it’s for the full $99 and not the discounted price. At one time in the dashboard there was a button that indicated Upgrade to Premium, however, it’s no longer there. After some digging around, it seems this is because I have two of the options that make up the Premium Upgrade(Custom Domain name, and Custom Design). Would taking away one or the other temporarily give back the option to do the Premium upgrade?
Thank you.

Let’s give that a try, as you don’t need 2 custom design packages for the same site. I can cancel and refund the Custom Design upgrade….or I can transfer it to your other WordPress.com site. Let me know which you’d like me to do. Thanks much!
