  If I buy the premium upgrade, will this ensure that pictures will be visible when blogs are emailed to followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That has nothing to do with upgrades. The reason your pictures are not showing up in your emails is that your pictures are only hotlinked, not hosted on your blog. If you upload them to your blog, they’ll be in your emails.
