Premium upgrade unavailable

  Hi. My current upgrades are about to expire (domain mapping, CSS) and I’ve been thinking about getting the premium upgrade for the next year at least. Last week there was an option saying I could try it for free for two weeks, but now when I went to do that, I got a notification saying the whole upgrade is unavailable for my blog. What might be the reason?

  What might be the reason?

  The reason is that you have others upgrades (domain mapping, CSS), purchased for that blog.

  But why last week I would have been able to try it out, but today not? I had my upgrades last week as well, that’s why I’m a bit confused.

  Hi, I’d like to cancel the premium upgrade after all, I decided to renew my old upgrades, at least for now, and just add no ads upgrade.

  However, when I try to cancel the premium upgrade, nothing happens. I’ve tried to cancel it now for several times, but on ‘my upgrades’ page it just keeps telling me ‘This upgrade is currently being renewed.’

  Ah, I just realized what was wrong, I didn’t notice I had to confirm cancellation by email! :) So all is good now, no need to react on my previous message! :)
