  I want to purchase the Premium Upgrade for my blog http://www.rick-wood.com but it says it is unavailable.

  I already have purchased domain mapping and have registered http://www.rick-wood.com with GoDaddy. I would like to keep this url and have the site continue to be mapped as it is.

  What do I need to do to purchase the premium upgrade and keep my domain name?
