Premium upgrade vanished

  We purchased a premium upgrade for our blog a few months ago. This week, it just disappeared and WordPress says we now have the free version. Our premium upgrade shouldn’t have expired as it was for a year. We did just change the theme but that was not part of the premium upgrade. What happened?
