Premium upgrade VS individual feature upgrade?

  Hi

  1.
  If I purchase individual features, e.g. domain (.com $18) and video press ($60), and later upgrade to Premium, do you still charge $99 for the Premium upgrade? Or discount for what I’ve already purchased?

  2.
  Can I use multiple sites (under one account) with one Premium upgrade? For example, custom design and ad-free for all sites under my account?
  I believe I still need to pay for extra domain names (.com $18 each) for different sites.

  3.
  If I want to transfer domain names registered with WordPress.com (e.g. I want to use a different domain registrar and hosting company), how much do you charge?

  1) you get credit for the unused balance of the lesser upgrade(s) toward the cost of the more expensive upgrade

  2) each upgrade is per blog – no “master account use as many blogs as you want”

  3) No transfer fees
