Premium upgrade will not let me rigister domain without paying

  I have been chatting live with David for some time about how to fix this problem. This was a great option, but I have now lost him he thought he had fixed the problem, but I get to the end of the process to register my domain it asks me to pay $26 and I was told this was included in the upgrade. David conferred this is the case. Why is it doing this?…very very frustrating. I’ve spent a good one and a half hours trying to work this out. Surely it should not be so difficult.
