  I buy a premium version but the system ask me to buy it again?
  I already ask you before but I never had any answer :(

  The WordPress.com Premium upgrade applies to a single WordPress.com sites.

  Would you happen to have multiple WordPress.com sites?

  Hello and thank you for your reply. I only have one site and I do not want other sites. I paid a premium verion but each time the system asks me to enter the premium version. it is a mystery thank you for your reply. Regards Corinne

  Hi Corinne – Where are you seeing the prompt to upgrade? Could you please make a screenshot of the entire screen where you’re seeing it? Here are instructions for how to make a screenshot: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

  You can upload it to your blog’s Media Library and I can look at it there.

  Hi Corinne – That’s just the standard WordPress.com footer. It shows for everybody at the bottom of http://wordpress.com/ as do the other links in the footer there; they are not specific to your account.
