Premium version – Can we use the themes on https://wordpress.org/?

    Hello, I am now using free version, and would like to change to premium version.

    Under premium version, will I able to use this theme from wordpress.org?

    https://wordpress.org/themes/astra/

    If yes, am I just download the file and then upload it into worldpress.com?

    Because when I search Themes inside wordpress.com, It told me that only business version are allowed to use astra. https://wordpress.com/themes/all?s=astra

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
