Premium versus Custom Design

    1) What is the difference between Custom Design $30 a year and Premium Subscription 99 a year?

    2) If I invest in premium subscription and get rid of Custom Design, will I still be able to use the features from Custom Design with The Premium Subscription?

    3) What is the best link to use for tutorials when customizing my site?

    4) Is there any free phone numbers I can call just in case I need help when customizing my website?

    Unless you’ve been actively maintaining a paid upgrade here, most likely you won’t be able to purchase the Custom Design upgrade by itself. This was true since this past July or so. Your only upgrade options then would be either the Premium or Business bundles.

    1 and 2) The Premium bundle includes the Custom Design upgrade, as well as the other upgrades mentioned on this page: https://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/ The Premium bundle, like all upgrades, needs to be renewed annually.

    3) There are a number of places to learn CSS mentioned at the bottom of this page https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/css-basics/ as well as other Support documents which explain each of the features in the Custom Design upgrade. https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

    4) No phone number available, but you can post questions in the CSS Customization forum to get help from Staff and knowledgeable forum volunteers. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization
