    i want to know if plugin error or website hacked by hacker will it cover under the support?

    Hi there, the Premium plan doesn’t include outside plugins, so any errors you’re having there will be covered by support. We also take care of security, so as long as you’re keeping your secrets safe, your site should be fine. Especially if you use 2FA.

    With the business plan, we do our best to provide support and security for you. Ultimately you may still need to use a plugin or theme’s direct support, but our staff can typically at least point you in the right direction.
