  I just purchased a premium website but I do not see how to access it. can you assist?

  There are no “premium websites” here at WordPress.com. There are premium themes and there are upgrades that we can purchase for our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the site you refer to.

  Right- premium theme. I purchase Delicious Magazine but I do not see it in my godadago.wordpress.com.

  I reviewed your godadago account, and I found that you purchased the VideoPress and Custom Design upgrades.

  When you have VideoPress, that means you can now upload, store, and display videos on your WordPress.com site. You should be able to see video file types listed on your Media → Add New page.

  You can access the Custom Design features through the Appearance → Custom Design → CSS and Fonts pages in your blog dashboard. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ for more details.

  @godadago, there’s no record of a premium theme purchase on the godadago WordPress.com account. Do you have any other accounts under a name other than godadago that the purchase might be filed under? If not, when did you try to make that purchase and did you receive a receipt?
