  Hi,
  I want to buy a premium wordpress blog where I can earn through ads, for which I want to pay a monthly premium. Please allow me to pay montly.

  There is no monthly payment here.
  WordPress.com plans are being billed yearly and unless you opt-out they will automatically renew. 30 days after purchasing a plan you have the option to
  request a refund.
