Premium WP

  When I go to my premium WP account chaslahaie.wordpress.com it shows my site as being a ‘free’ plan instead of premium. My previous web host sent me files yesterday so I could go through the export / import process which I did. That site is chaslahaie.com It looks like the files transferred but I am confused as to how to move forward utilizing my premium WP. Thanks for your help.

  Hi chaslahaie240318,

  chaslahaie.wordpress.com and its upgrades are owned by another WordPress.com account — which is why they aren’t listed in the one you are currently logged in to.

  Please try logging out of chaslahaie240318 from the My Profile page, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged in to the correct account, the plan should be listed on the Manage Purchases page.
