  i purchased a premium theme but was never able to customize. If I am suppose to receive an activation code, I didn’t but it shows up on my upgrades section.

  Would appreciate your assistance. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  If you purchase a Premium Theme you will not need an activation code. It looks like you were able to apply it to your site:
