I want to use Jetpack Backups but I’m not dealing with yet another company that simply relies on community forums and endless support tickets. If I have a problem with my purchase, I want to know that I will get support for the issue. I will dispute the charge if I don’t get support.
Even this pre-sale question has the sense of being a community-based resolution attempt, and not contact directly with the company providing the product. I will not fall into community-based resolutions again.
If I can have a company support email or contact, then I’ll complete the purchase.

There are two avenues of support for Jetpack:
- Support via the support forums over at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/
- For users who have a paid subscription, support via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
For the support forums, you will have both staff and volunteers answering threads; with the contact form, you will receive email support from our staff.
We do not provide direct support here in the WordPress.com forums, but we help in any way we can and definitely point you in the right direction for support.
