presentation of pictures on the screen ?

My pics show up one by one, one over the following one, eventhough I well covered the screen with 3 or 4 pics par line. So, please tell me how to manage so that, after the publication, I can get my pics as I planned to show them.
This is what I can see after publication :

You have set the pictures to “alignnone” so each picture is placed on a line by itself.
Set the images to “alignleft” so they will appear side by side.you might need to add this after your last image in the row, in the HTML editor of course: <br style="clear:both;" />Be sure your pictures will fit across the post column. It they are too wide they could break your sidebar.
For Modularity Lite, width is 950 with no sidebar, or 600 with sidebar -
Thanks for reply 1tess. On “modify article”, I set alignleft as you told me and I add after last picture “<br style=”clear:both;” />” but it seems there is no change ??? which mistake did I do ?

OK, I got it. I found out where to set “alignleft”.. So I put a few pics in a new article. It sounds OK. Thank you 1tess !
If you have time, can you tell me how to load several pics in one click ? So far I put them one by one :-( . -

Use the gallery shortcode.
[gallery] for 3 pictures across [gallery columns=4] for 4 pictures across (or whatever number you want) -
