Preserving My website content

  Dear Sir/Madam

  I had a request about a website which I hosted with wordpress in the past. The website is: http://www.rumicf.org.uk, I would like to retrieve from wordpress the content of the website that we had when we hosted the above website with you.

  If the website was hosted with WordPress.com and was not deleted, then you can still log in with the user that has access to the site and work with it. Are you sure that the website was a WordPress.com website and not a WordPress.org self-hosted site?
