I would like to use it in my world press but I can not find it.
Some post indicate that it has been removed.

Hi there,
To set up Press This, head over to My Site(s) at the top left corner of the Admin bar and select your desired site. Once done, head over to the ‘Settings’ section at the end of the left hand side bar. Now, click on the Writing tab and scroll to the bottom. You’ll see ‘Press This’. Drag the Press This link to the bookmarks or favorites area of your web browser.

Have you already placed the Press This link on your browser’s bookmark or favorites tab? If yes, please make sure that your bookmarks tab is not hidden.
If you haven’t set the link to your bookmark tab yet, please follow the steps found in this Press This Support guide.

You need to be at the WordPress.com dashboard, the one you usually redirected to after logging in to WordPress.com. You cannot find the Press This option in WP Admin Dashboard.
The one with My Sites and Reader buttons at the top left side of the page is the WordPress.com dashboard. There you will find the Press This option under Settings>Writing.

I found it, but they say I must upgrade to download it.
With MLSP, i am at a business subscription price.
So that’s strange -
