"press this" problem

  I am unable to move the “Press This” icon to my favoirtes bar or access it in any way.

  Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and let me know if that fixes the problem for you?

  If that doesn’t help, can you please try from an alternate browser to see if the problem is happening in all browsers for you?
