Press This Tool not performing correctly

  Until today, when I used the wordpress tool “Press This” it would open in a new window. Now all of a sudden it opens as a tab in the same window of what I am trying to post. I deleted the marklet from the menu bar (favorites?), cleared cache, and then drug “Press This” from the Tools to my favorites menu bar. Tried again to press an excerpt of a post and still opens in a new tab rather than a new window. Whereas my problem?

  I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. Opening as a new tab instead of as a single window slows down my process. Something changed when I upgraded to Yosemite. Any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  Can you check your Settings? For me it automatically opens up in a new window. I see that your using Safari. So please go to: Safari > Preferences > Tabs. If you set Open Pages in tabs instead of windows to Automatically it should work. If not, try Never and see if that helps.
