Press to play video IMAGE to open embed videos

Trying to add a “press to play video” image on my embed videos. When I use the code <videoplayer file=”file link”></videoplayer>
A link comes up that sais “click to play video”. How do I replace that text with an image that when clicked will open up tent video player?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are posting to the wrong support forum and we cannot help you. We provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and that site is not one of them. It’s a WordPress.ORG software install.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. Read the differences here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
