Pressable charge on a free plan

    Hi there,

    I subscribed to a personal plan and cancelled it within 30 days. However, there was no refund to my card. Further, it keeps charging my credit card for the last two months. My account shows that it is a free plan yet it continue to charge me on pressable. I tried to use the live chat, only to find that it is only available for paid accounts. Is it possible to refund these charges?

    If you signed up for a website with Pressable, you are hosted with them and not with WordPressdotcom. You’ll need to contact them directly about these charges.

    Concerning the refund to your WordPressdotcom personal plan, I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance.

    As justjennifer mentioned, you will need to contact Pressable about these charges — they are separate from WordPress.com.

    There are no purchases for a Personal plan on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. Which site did you purchase the plan for?

    The only charge I am seeing on your WordPress.com account is Jetpack Premium — which was cancelled on 17-Jan-2017.
