You don’t need an account at WordPress.ORG to have a WordPress.ORG installed site – it looks like you are attempting to set up a WordPress.ORG install on Godaddy hosting
If you want to have a blog here on WordPress.COM you need an account here (you needed one to post your question here) – you can use a custom domain name here with domain mapping to a blog. So orlandocitylionsfc.com. could be used on a blog here, that is simpler than having a third party host – in that case WordPress.COM would be your host – there are some restrictions here (you can’t sell ads for instance)
If you have a WordPress.ORG install then you need to ask for help at WordPress.ORG – you will need an account if you post a question there – the account would not be related to your account here or on Godaddy
hope this helps a bit

Thanks for the information I don’t know what you mean by blog i’m just trying to start up a website and eventually put some AdSense on there and try to make money
-
You can’t use AdSense at WordPress.COM – A blog is a type of web site.
Takes a lot of traffic to make any money with any web site or blog.
There is a revenue sharing program here called WordAds, if you have a custom domain name you can apply for it after you have a site up and some traffic

Have you gone through http://learn.wordpress.com yet? Have you confirmed your account via email?

My error on the Host – you also have an account at Host Gator not GoDaddy – sorry for the error
where are you trying to post? If you are trying to post on your Host Gator account – you need to install the WordPress.ORG software
Most of the link @Raincoaster posted above will be relevant to your site – but if you are going to use your HostGator hosting – you will need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG as that is the software you are using
When I started I got the book “WordPress for Dummies” and found it very helpful
