Pressrow Custom Header not working in Firefox

  I’ve created a Pressrow theme blog with a custom header. Everything loads perfectly in both Safari & Firefox, except the custom header won’t load at all in Firefox. I have tried emptying my cache, and the header is the proper upload size (its a jpg file). I’ve looked through other posts & see other have similar issues, but no results have solved my problem…

  That is weird – I’m using FF and I don’t see it either. Send a note to staff using the support button in your dashboard.

  I sent a note via support- should I expect them to reply via email? I’m new to wordpress blogging, so I’m not sure how support conversation works.
