Pretty Permalink won’t work

    Permalink won’t change to pretty and only works with plain or index.php/%postname%. I changed the folder structure of my websites, therefore changing the URL, I noticed this morning that when I click on the posts on the sites, they returned with a File not found error, I’ve also tried various solutions I’ve searched for on the internet and restarted the server several times, however, nothing changed and then the error changed to ‘Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.’

    My server is Apache, the URL’s are as follows:

    It sounds as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
