Pretty sure I've been hacked

I am new at running a website and this is the first time I’ve come up against anything like this. Until today, everything was working fine.
The website I am having problems with is matinasbookcase.com
My problem is two pronged:
First of all I cannot get my website to load anywhere. I’ve tried to get it to pull up on my phone and multiple computers in different places. It always times out.
Secondly (and most importantly) I can no longer find my website on my WordPress.com page. I also cannot log into my website from the matinasbookcase.com/wp-admin/ page I usually use. It is also timing out.
The website is hosted through GoDaddy, but GoDaddy is telling me that my website is running perfectly. Which it obviously is not.
I reset my wordpress.com password, but I don’t know what to do from there. I have no idea how to get back into my website and begin to figure out why it won’t load. I’m afraid I might have been hacked, but even then I don’t know how to figure out what to do with that.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You are in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG for help with that version of the software. It’s not a WordPress.com blog. You only have an ID here connected to it because it’s got the Jetpack plugin.
I can see your blog just fine, so for once GoDaddy support isn’t wrong.
