Prevent brute force login attacks – Not Working

  I have been trying to toggle ON the Prevent brute force login attacks setting but as soon as I do it, “There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again.” error pops up.

  It has been 2 days now.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
