  This blog post illuminates how bloggers can easily abuse wordpress.com: http://petedeakon.com/2015/04/29/mildly-depressing-information-about-wordpress-blogging-part-2-the-good-stuff/

  It sounds like likes are being throttled at 100/hour. Probably it should change to something like 1/minute or something like that. I wouldn’t be surprised if a bunch of bloggers start using the javascript hack in the above post to like 100 posts at a time.
