Prevent page title from displaying?

I want to use a headline other than the page name on my site’s pages. For instance in the menu, I want my home page to appear as Home, but I don’t want the word “Home” to show up on that page – I want an actual headline.
Do I need to buy the CSS to make this change, or is there another way to make the H2 go away
