Prevent possible hacking

  I’ve been getting these messages for the past couple of days:

  A host, 95.252.160.179(you can check the host at
  http://ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/95.252.160.179) has been locked out of the WordPress
  site at http://blog.lemieux-design.net until Tuesday, April 9th, 2013 at 8:35:02 pm
  UTC due to too many login attempts. You may login to the site to manually release
  the lock if necessary.

  Is someone trying to hack my account? How can I prevent this from happening?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
