Preventing a post from being searched

  I have a post that I don’t regret adding to my blog, but I fear that it’s being found in search engines for all the wrong reasons. Is there a way to set a singular post on my blog, and only that post, so that it does not appear in places like Google Search? I don’t mind the reduced readership this one time.
