Preventing spam referrers on a wordpress.COM blog?

  My stats are not accurate because I keep getting referrals from a site which I know does not actually link to me blog. I attempted to send the website a cease and desist letter but their contact form is “broken.” This is irritating because it means that I have to subtract my spam views from my actual views to see how many views I have. Is there any way to prevent this site from spamming me?

  Hello there,
  There is no security risk here, to you or to you blog. It’s just an annoyance we are enduring. These spam referrers do not in any way affect your blog’s Google page ranking.
  1. Do not click the links.
  2. Do not post the URL or names of the site into forum threads.

  We all dislike it but it’s only annoying and not in anyway damaging. :)
