Preventing WordPress from sending Email

  Hi, I’d like to prevent WordPress.com from sending an Email to my subscribers when I publish a post (I’m using a plug-in for this). I just can’t to figure out how could I get the job done. Thanks!

  Your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host. So WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question. You can post your question in WordPress.org forum:

  WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are both different platforms, you can find more information for this here:

  Anyway, sorry for my harrassment, but Email are sent from wordpress.com and the unsubscribe page URL is https://subscribe.wordpress.com/?email=info%40lamiaprimagranfondo.it as well. I just can’t understand the reason of this .com rather than .org.

  The link I am referring below provides the information about your domain that who is the registrar of this domain and which nameserver this domain is pointing to, That means if your site is hosted with another host then WordPress then you are using WordPress.org platform.

  https://www.whois.com/whois/lamiaprimagranfondo.it

  And if you are having your host on WordPress then you come under WordPress.com platform.

  I think I am a little bit more clear this time on the difference between org and com

  Those emails are being sent from WordPress.com because you have the Jetpack plugin installed on your site. More specifically, you’re using the Subscriptions module which allows to your visitors to subscribe for email updates to your site.
