preview and edit site different

    hi :)
    basically my website, while im editing it its completely fine, but when I preview it mainly on desktop preview its like mixed up and weird. im talking about the homepage’ page.

    also, how do you make a homepage? none of the help ones on the website is working for me and id like to make the homepage titled page my homepage. and also how do you make the drop down menu at the top? and add a tables of content for the story ill upload on the side of the post?
    i cant seem to find it, thanks.
