  Please try clearing your browser’s cache, you don’t need to delete your browser cookies, just your cache:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

  The check to see if the problem persists. If it does, log into your site in a different browser and check the preview button there.

  If neither of those make a difference, can you tell me, are you able to click on the preview button at all? If so, what happens when you do, do you see an error or any kind of message?

  Let us know what browsers and versions you tested. This will help us narrow down the issue.
