Preview button for forums

  As timethief pointed out, there used to be an edit button on the forums that has since been removed due to multiple issues.
  One of the reasons for wanting an edit button is to edit out typos and unwanted markup (for example, line breaks in code tags apparently insert br tags). This can be addressed with a preview button. It gives the poster a chance to look things over and catch errors before actually posting. It’ll be especially useful for people like me who use a bit of HTML in their forum posts, but it’ll still help those who don’t because one last look is all it takes to catch most errors. As a consequence, there will be fewer posts amending earlier posts and discussions will become clearer and more focussed.
