  My blog shows lots of hits already because I’ve viewed it so many times to make sure it’s right.

  How to preview without adding a hit?

  Also, how to reset the hit count so it doesn’t show all the times I’ve looked at my blog?

  Hi there,
  I don’t believe you can “reset” the counter. But if you’re logged into WordPress, you shouldn’t register a pageview when you view your own blog. Make sure you’re logged in before reviewing your pages and you should be good to go.
