  I posted a picture in a blog post. However, part of the image shows up on top of the entry– in space that’s supposed to be empty. I need to get that image off there. I try deleting the post and re-posting thinking that maybe I hit an undesired option when I loaded the picture but it didn’t work. Everything I post the image it shows withing the post and part of it on top of the entry. I tried resiziing the image thinking that maybe it was too big. It didn’t work.

  You need to remove the optional homepage slideshow, which is part of the Theme you’ve chosen to use. Please read this to understand more
