preview [image and headline] and full content- how to manage that

  dear blogger,

  since i set up my blog i am just publishing my articels on a single page, every new one is in the same page;
  i was wondering if there is a possibilty to have a preview picture and a head line and by klicking on it to get the hole content on an extra page;

  like on
  http://www.dezeen.com/
  there is always an overview and if you are interested in a topic you klick on it and you get the hole article?
